Shipping normally takes 11-14 business days. If for some reason your item is delayed past 14 business days we will send you emails to keep you updated on the status of your order. Once your order is placed our shipping process begins immediately, so we cannot cancel orders, you will need to wait for your item to arrive to you and then begin the return process. In the event of rare carrier delays a dress can be delayed up to 5 business days.
